I’m a Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach. I support women who feel stuck in survival mode, whether from past abuse, overwhelming responsibilities, or the constant demands of modern life, to understand their nervous system, rebuild safety in their bodies, and reconnect with the strength that’s always been within them.

Life has become overwhelming, especially for women juggling work, family, social pressures and endless “shoulds.” Burnout, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion are not signs of failure, they’re signals from your nervous system asking for care.

Combining lived experience with evidence-based coaching, I create practical, compassionate spaces where real healing happens, not quick fixes or mindset hacks.

Life can feel like a constant state of overwhelm

Many women who come to Emberlight have spent years trying to hold everything together. From the outside, you may look strong and capable, but inside it can feel exhausting.

Your mind might never stop racing. Your body may feel tense or on edge. True rest can feel impossible.

Some women arrive emotionally drained from always being the strong one for everyone else. Others feel disconnected from themselves, unsure who they are or how to trust their own instincts.

Even if past trauma, unhealthy relationships, or constant burnout aren’t your main story, your nervous system may still be stuck in survival mode, showing up as anxiety, overwhelm, people-pleasing, emotional numbness, or difficulty trusting yourself.

Many women tell me they have tried to think their way out of these feelings through mindset work or pushing themselves harder. But nervous system healing is different.

It focuses on understanding what your body has been through and gently supporting it to find safety, regulation, and balance again.

My advocacy work

Alongside my coaching work, I am passionate about raising awareness around domestic abuse, narcissistic abuse, and coercive control. I deliver education, workshops, and talks designed to help women recognise unhealthy patterns earlier and begin rebuilding safety in their lives.

My one-to-one coaching is particularly powerful for women who have experienced abuse. I am a testament to this work, the methods I now use with my clients are exactly the practices that helped me heal from years of coercive control, narcissistic abuse, and co-dependency.

Through these trauma-informed, somatic, and nervous-system-focused approaches, women rebuild safety, trust in themselves, and their confidence to reclaim their lives.
